It’s funny how quiet the display research companies have gone over LCD TV shipments, but a new name popped up this week, WitsView, a division of Trendforce, who says that shipments are on the rise once again. It’s almost sad that companies set themselves up as forecasters of technology and they cannot be honest about the fact that a market is saturated, or stable – they have a vested interest to tell everyone that it is growing, and will say that regardless of what happens.
