Oracle has launched a new set of Adaptive Intelligent Apps for its Oracle CX Cloud Suite, against seemingly unceasing din of IBM’s Watson launches. The two IT giants haven’t begun duking it out in earnest, in this nascent AI-based market, but the past two weeks have seen IBM announce a spate of AI-based announcements, which do look like it is taking the lead.
