The Rise of paid OTT in Europe The data from this report comes directly from our OTT forecasts for Rethink TV Intelligence. What we are forecasting are instances where an OTT stream has come about either because a consumer has bought a paid subscription (SVoD) or because they receive a TV Everywhere stream – so in essence they pay for the service, it is premium content and now get it in multi-stream format.
