There is never any good in the investment market for any company with the name of TiVo. It has just won the approval of an initial ITC determination that both Comcast and its suppliers, Arris and Technicolor, infringe its patents, which will likely lead to a new patents license with Comcast, and technically its share price did rise 8% on the news – but it remains way off its one year high as the value has slipped and slid since the merger of Rovi and TiVo into new TiVo.
