Verizon’s OTT service Go90 was launched late September 2015 as an ad-funded mobile-only offering pitched at Millennials. Its FiOS mobile app was launched in September 2010, delivering live TV to smartphones. Operations and figures: Verizon posted Q3 2017 revenue of $31.7 billion, up 2.5% year on year, with EBITDA of of $11.6 billion. Excluding divestitures and acquisitions, total revenue was down 2.3%. It lost 18,0000 Fios video subscribers in the quarter to total 4.65 million, while Fios internet gained 66,000 subscribers to reach 5.8 million. Wireless connections increased by 783,000 to 115.27 million. Technology suppliers: UpLynk provides encoding, ABR streaming and security.
