Celona is becoming one of the biggest names in the voguish market for private cellular networks, and has set a goal of overtaking market leader Nokia in 2023, based on an upcoming upgrade to its product portfolio, to target a wider range of geographies and spectrum bands. Celona CEO Rajeev Shah told FierceWireless that he estimated that Nokia has about 515 private wireless customers and is adding 30-35 new ones per quarter (based on Nokia earnings reports).
