Dish has submitted an official ex parte presentation to the FCC expressing its concerns over the Comcast-TWC and the AT&T-DirecTV mergers. It believes they represent ‘serious competitive concerns for the broadband and video marketplaces and therefore should be denied.’ Dish also announced its intention to bid in the upcoming spectrum auctions. The satellite TV company is actively citing net neutrality concerns as reasons to oppose the Comcast-TWC merger, in saying ‘there do not appear to be any conditions that would remedy the harms that would result from the merger.
