The DNA Welho MatkaTV OTT service launched in September 2012, and was then followed by an upgraded system in 2015 simply called DNA TV.   Operations and figures: DNA Oy ended the third quarter of 2018 with 627,000 cable TV subscribers, gaining 8,000 in a year. It also added 24,000 broadband subscribers in the period to total 478,000. DNA made net sales of €227.5 million for Q3 2018, up 4.3% year on year, with EBITDA rising 5.4% to €76.3 million. The operator noted in its latest report that traditional TV viewing minutes declined, but the use of streaming and on-demand video services continued to grow.
