Seeking out its next 200 million subscribers, Netflix is slowly but surely creeping into Africa. This diverse and underserved continent should not be approached with a gung-ho approach, however, even though Netflix is nothing new for many African viewers, having been live across the continent since early 2016 when it officially launched worldwide.
