As the major Western content libraries increasingly trickle upstream into a small handful of walled gardens, it can be hard to keep track of which titles are still for the taking. One Singapore-based vendor that is trying to ease that process for mid-tier entertainment platforms is Vuulr, a digital B2B marketplace for film and TV content.
