Axpo, the Swiss renewable energy company, intends to develop 1.2 GW of solar in the Alps and the Swiss Plateau by 2030, with a mix of ground-mounted, residential and C&I sector plants. SPIC has begun construction of a 500 MW solar-wind-storage-hydrogen pilot project in China’s Gansu Province, in Longnan City, with an investment of only $447 million.
