Digi is paying $140mn in cash, with a $15mn revenue-based bonus. Sierra Wireless has acquired M2M One, an Australian connectivity services provider that Sierra plans to use to expand its APAC presence. Sierra is paying $14.24mn ($18.8mn CAD), for a company that had $17.9mn in revenue in the past year. AMS might have clearance to finally buy Osram, after German regulators greenlit a plan that would protect jobs in Germany and the connected lighting and IoT wing of Osram.
