No price has been given. Vodafone is acquiring GrandCentrix, a German firm that was founded in 2009 and grew to be a prominent IoT-focused systems integrator. Some 150 staff will be joining Vodafone. Iota Communications has acquired IP from Link Labs, and acquihired the CTO Brian Ray, who will now serve as CTO of the IoT-focused ‘wireless network carrier system and software applications platform.’ The IP is going to be put to work to ‘unlock the value of our significant holdings of licensed 800 MHz spectrum.’…
