Europe’s 6G-IA boosts cooperation with ETSI Europe’s 6G Smart Networks and Services Industry Association (6G-IA) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with ETSI to cooperate over 5G and ultimately 6G standardization and regulation. 6G-IA’s main objective is to promote European leadership in 5G and then evolution towards 6G. The organization represents the private side in both the 5G Public Private Partnership (5G-PPP) and the Smart Networks and Services Joint Undertaking (SNS JU).
