TC Energy said this week after Canada’s Alberta found the extra cash it is ready to begin work on Keystone XL pipeline. This is after years of complaint, legal obstacles and re-routing the pipeline, and after Donald Trump okayed it to go across US Government held land. Essentially it give Alberta in Canada the opportunity to send 830,000 barrels of crude a day to the US, where it can be exported or refined.
