Telkom Indonesia

Telkom Indonesia is the largest telco in the country and is part-owned by the government. It launched IPTV video services in June 2011, called Groovia TV, which was rebranded to Usee TV in 2014, including OTT video functionality, before launching the mobile-first VoD OTT offering MaxStream. Operations and figures: Telkom Indonesia increased revenue 5.5% in the second quarter of 2019 to reach $2.42 billion, with net income up 60% to $341 million. Mobile subscribers slipped by 6% year on year to 167.8 million, triggered by tighter regulations on payment services, but ARPU has continued to increase.
