Something has woken up the Italian car industry – could it be the wide availability of the Fiat 500e electric edition? Almost certainly. Figures out this week from UNRAE, the Italian association of carmakers show that in July plug in vehicles – both Plug in Hybrids (PHEVs) and Battery Electric (BEVs) have gone through the roof.
