In a trend predicted by Faultline for years but arriving sooner than many TV and advertising executives expected, new figures show that 2025 will mark a critical juncture for content advertising dollars. This year, more than 50% of all content-driven ad dollars will be generated by user-generated (UGC) content platforms, not traditional sources of ad-funded TV.
