The contract in question with advertising platform provider Simulmedia is a miraculous one really. It has survived a decade’s worth of market turmoil and now vows are being renewed once again. This is a quid pro marriage that brings TiVo user data to marketers, with Simulmedia’s platform providing tools for audience planning, targeting and activation capabilities across ad-supported channels for the US marketplace.
