The governments of Europe seem hell bent on turning the Eurozone into a haven for Electric Vehicles (EVs). The UK looks set to unveil its own plan, joining previously announced efforts by France and Germany to offer a stimulus package for the automotive community, which will push consumers towards EVs. But the rumored UK plan, expected to be announced in early July by Prime Minister Boris Johnson, will up the stakes considerably.
