Liberty Global-owned UPC launched Horizon Go in the Czech Republic in November 2014, followed by Slovakia in July 2015. Liberty Global agreed in May 2018 to sell its Czech operations to Vodafone, along with its businesses in Romania, Hungary and Germany, although the deal has stalled as of writing.   Operations and figures: UPC Hungary has 689,600 video subscribers, of which 616,800 are on the enhanced tier. It added 1,900 in total during Q3 2018. It gained 7,800 internet subscribers in the period, totalling 688,100. CEE revenue for the quarter came in up 8.4% to €462 million ($526.7 million).
