There is some consolation for AT&T and Dish Network in the latest US pay TV figures since their standalone OTT arms are picking up some of the subscribers lost from their legacy DTH services. There has been a significant net loss of revenue per subscriber however, with many of these people trading down to the OTT offerings spending what they have saved on one of the leading SVoD services from Netflix, Amazon and Hulu in particular.
