Video QoE analytics vendor NPAW has finally dropped its 2024 State of the Industry Report—somewhat tardily, considering Bitmovin’s equivalent was out in February, and much of the industry is already staring down at 2025 trends. The report offers a mixed bag of engagement metrics, device performance stats, and a few eyebrow-raising data points, but leaves much to be desired in the way of meaningful analysis.
