Vodafone Group is rolling out what it calls a “next-generation user experience” across all seven of its TV markets – Germany, Portugal, Romania, Albania, Czech Republic, Greece, and Ireland. This facelift arrives as the latest effort to prop up a rapidly deteriorating pay TV business – particularly in Vodafone’s key market of Germany, where churn is reaching terminal levels. This time last year, Vodafone reported 12.4 million German pay TV customers.
