BT TV was rebranded in 2013, the same year that BT Sport launched, and its joint venture YouView launched in 2012. Operations and figures: BT no longer reports pay TV numbers but on last count, at the end of March 2018, it had lost 16,000 subscribers in the quarter, dropping to 1.74 million. Q4 2019 revenue came in down 2% to £2.7 billion ($3.2 billion). The broadband customer base grew by 300,000 to 20.7 million, while the Openreach fiber business gained 555,000 subscribers.
