Operations and figures: Dish’s Q3 results saw 13,000 pay TV losses, bringing it under 11 million subs – with 8.4 million on pay TV, and 2.5 million on Sling TV. Compared to Q3 2019, it has lost around 1.2 million pay TV subs, and 200,000 Sling TV subs. Dish managed to add 116,000 pay TV subs during the Covid-19 lockdown period, however. Q3 revenue was reported as $4.4 billion, with net income at $557 million. Dish has 8.77 million retail mobile subscribers, and says it has invested over $22 billion towards its mobile networks.
