Outgoing FCC chairman Tom Wheeler has fired a last shot in defence of the hard-line net neutrality policy he made into a US reality, which some observers believe will be overturned or watered-down under the new administration. AT&T and Verizon are probably violating those neutrality rules with zero rating policies, he concluded in a letter, sent last week to several US senators (Democrats Edward Markey, Richard Blumenthal and Tammy Baldwin) to accompany a new report.
