Amdocs recently published a damning report on the state of mobile broadband networks everywhere, as mobile data shifts to become 98% of the traffic on most cellular networks, with a corresponding surge in call and data failures. This is part of a long trend among telecoms equipment and software vendors alike, to offer a ‘state of the nation’-style report on usage, which is free, but which takes on board its market positioning.
