Two acquisitions and two senior executive departures, all announced in the same week, served to highlight the ongoing process of reinvention at Intel. The small takeovers – of over-the-air supplier Arynga and Italian firm Yogitech – emphasize its rising interest in the Internet of Things, particularly the connected car in these cases, to revive its fortunes as the PC declines.
