A consortium of 62 heavy trucking stakeholders has been formed in Europe, pledging that it will deploy 100,000 fuel cell vehicles from 2030 onwards, as part of the bloc’s Green Deal. While governments dither around just how quickly the hydrogen economy can be developed, this is yet another statement that the clean tech industry is primed to surpass expectations.
