Stanwell Corporation and CQ-H2 Consortium Partners have reached another milestone in their Queensland green hydrogen project by receiving AU$117 million from the Australian Government to commence with the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) study. The Queensland project will reach 3 GW of electrolysis capacity powered by solar panels by 2030 and will produce in excess of 480,000 tons of green hydrogen per annum that, according to Stanwell, will bring in A$17.2 billion over the 30 year lifetime of the project.
