UScellular and Ericsson have extended their private 5G partnership with plans to target the industrial sector, ports, hospitals, utilities and airports. The joint package combines UScellular’s connectivity services with Ericsson’s private 5G network portfolio, which itself is built on a combination of underlying 4G, 5G radio and dual-mode core technology developed specifically for enterprise operations.
