Yet another emissions report, this time from the GSMA, outlines the emissions of the mobile sector and calls for a faster rate of emission reduction – no surprises there. But on a positive note, the report found that operational emissions by Chinese operators likely fell by 4% in 2024. As the industry’s largest single market, this could be promising news.
