Indonesia’s Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (Indosat) was the first operator in Southeast Asia to announce plans to build a commercial AI-RAN network with the Nvidia AI Aerial platform. It is one of the most vocal operators in support of the AI-RAN pitch, which is why Wireless Watch spoke to its Director and Chief Technology Officer, Desmond Cheung, to find out what Indosat sees in the proposition that other operators do not.
