The keynote speeches at MWC this year gave a taste of the different perspectives and headspaces of the global telcos. Largely, the European operators talked about regulations, China Mobile platformed its eye-watering network buildout achievements, and AT&T’s CEO said that he wants to keep the focus on the US.
