BT was hit hard by last year’s Autumn Statement, where the UK government laid out its fiscal policy for the year. In anticipation of the new policy for 2025, due in late November, BT CEO Allison Kirkby sent a strong message about the impact of government costs in a recent speech at Connected Britain.
