Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) was once again a major theme at MWC 2025, as the one major proven source of new revenue on the back of 5G. Fortunately for MNOs, it is still growing by entering the enterprise sector and also expanding in some major new 5G markets, notably India, as well as some European countries. Currently, the enterprise growth looks strongest in North America, while the consumer side is prospering more in those other markets.
