Some of our analyst peers have expressed surprise at the recent surge in deployments of private wireless, either 4G LTE or 5G, even though one or two have, at the same time, issued bullish forecasts for the later years of this decade. For us at Rethink, the surprises have been that the growth spurt did not come sooner, and that 4G continues to flourish in the sector – though that is now changing.
