Last week, Singapore’s Cyber Security Agency (CSA) shared details of a cybersecurity breach at all four of the nation’s telcos, in an unusual show of perspicuity from a national security agency. No doubt the press release was an attempt to show off the agency’s success at managing the attack – but we cannot verify the extent to which they were successful. However, Singapore does seem to have a tightly-run governance system that works well in responding to these types of attacks.
