Thai operator True Corporation has laid out its three-year roadmap to build an “AI-first organization,” where it plans to embed AI across different areas of its operations. The operator, with 47.5 million subscribers, has chops in network autonomy, achieving TM Forum Level 4 autonomy for 5G Service Assurance late last year. Unlike AI strategies from operators in Japan and South Korea, this plan does not include the operator-vendor model, where True plans to sell AI services to other telcos.
