Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that Russia is considering restricting exports of critical raw materials, including uranium, titanium, and nickel, as a response to international sanctions limiting Russian imports. This compounds the pressure on the uranium market after the US Department of Energy (DoE) decided to impose a ban on Russian imports, but Rethink believes this is a big bluff on Russian’s side.
