Electrolyzer maker Thyssenkrupp Nucera is set to go public through an IPO before the summer. The German company, majority-owned by Thyssenkrupp and with 34% ownership by De Nora, anticipates generating proceeds of around €500m-600m ($539m-647m) from the share sale.
