The USA is a useful microcosm for the world since between them the big three operators – T-Mobile, Verizon and AT&T – are covering most of the strategic bases shaped by their differing spectral profiles. Their marketing campaigns have been shoehorned accordingly, geared more to the exigencies of their offerings than balanced technical or even commercial assessments.
