A total of 54 companies within the hydrogen industry alongside the US Chamber of Commerce have signed a letter to the US government asking for no additionality clauses to be included in the forthcoming rules regarding the implementation of Section 45V Clean Hydrogen Production Credit enacted by the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) and the lifecycle analysis calculation requirements being developed by the Department of Treasury and other federal agencies.
