M&A & Investments Altice has granted a period of exclusivity to Bouygues, Iliad, and Orange, after the trio increased their second bid to €20.35 billion – up from €17 billion. Bouygues would get business assets, with the trio splitting the consumer business. The trio has until May 15th to lock the deal down. Nokia is spinning out its Nokia Space Communications Solutions wing as Modul8, in partnership with the Celestial Acquisition Corp.
