Last week we looked at some of Nokia’s previewed announcements for Mobile World Congress, commenting on the balancing act large OEMs need to achieve – between providing a credible roadmap to 5G, now that is starting to figure in real world operator planning, while enhancing current 4G and even 3G platforms to avoid the risk of carriers halting investment until 5G comes along.
