Auxin Solar has filed a lawsuit against President Biden’s moratorium on solar panel anti-dumping tariffs, which applies to imports from South-East Asia. To be specific, the lawsuit is against the Department of Commerce’s decision to obey the executive order and has been filed with the U.S. Court of International Trade. This comes with just five months left on the clock for President Biden’s moratorium, which had a two-year duration and began in June 2022.
