In 2023, China produced: 1.43 million tons of polysilicon (enough for 530 GW at a 2.7 grams per Watt rate). This is up 66.9% from 2022. 622 GW of wafers, up 67.5%. 545 GW of cells, up 64.9%. 499 GW of modules, up 69.3%.
