After one of the worst weeks on record, the Vendors segment has posted a 4.67% weekly gain. The Operators segment has scored a 0.33% gain, which is not a great vote of confidence, but both have kept ahead of the Indexes, which slid 0.15% in the past week. In the Vendors segment, there were just five negative performances, against fifteen positives. The best performer was Intel, after its new CEO was appointed and said all the right things to quiet investor nerves – up 31.11%, having crashed pretty hard over the past year.
