Two firms at the Small Cells World Summit highlighted the low-cost opportunity to hold MNOs accountable, via network quality testing. Neither has the stated goal of attacking the MNOs head-on, but the pair show how much easier it could be for smaller players to prove to potential customers that their small cell and private network offerings should be more studiously considered.
